该机主要应用于制药工业中将制粒后结团的颗 粒，根据工艺要求整理出均匀的合格颗粒。同 时在制药、化工、食品等行业中广泛使用。
通过移动门架，把整粒机的进料口对接NTF系 列固定提升转料机的出料口，对接完成后，开 机工作，颗粒由转料机的料斗流到整粒机的腔 体内，由腔体内的整粒刀使颗粒经过撞击、挤 压、剪切后通过筛网孔排出腔体，经导流筒的 出料口流到料斗内。
该机带有脚轮的门架基座，移动方便，整粒机 的高度根据生产工艺需要设计配套使用，优化 了生产工艺。完全符合药品生产的GMP要求。
