Removable coating machine is mainly applied in pharmaceutical and food industries as an efficient, energy-saving, safe and clean electromechanical coating equipment in conformity with GMP requirements in view of organic film coating, water soluble film coating, slow and controlled release coating, pill coating, sugar-film coating for tablet, pill, candy, etc.

Purpose

Principle of operation

The tablet makes repetitive complex trajectory in the clean and sealed rotatory cylinder under the spiral impeller. During the movement, coating medium is automatically sprayed according to the technological process and reasonable process parameters. In the meanwhile, hot air is supplied under negative pressure which is then exhausted from the tablet and the bottom so that the coating on the surface of the tablet can receive fast and uniform drying before forming hard and smooth surface film.
